Keke Ayo Head Varsity

Coach Keke played college baseball at Linn Benton Community College and Oregon State University and was drafted in the 4th round by the Cincinnati Reds in 1980 winter draft. He started his coaching career at the high school level at Philomath, Crescent Valley and Churchill high school, plus he was the head coach for All Sport American Legion baseball program in Eugene.

Keke also coached at Linn Benton Community College for several years as a hitting and infield coach from 1995 to 1997. Keke then started his pro baseball career with the Atlanta Braves and the Montreal Expos where he served as a hitting coach, infield and outfield coach. He currently serves as a associate scout for the Atlanta Braves, a position he has held for the last 10 years. Keke was the coach for diamond sports 16u in the Summer of 2019 and was named Milwaukie head baseball coach in 2019 as well.

Jordan Entrikin- Assistant Coach, Varsity

Coach Entrikin is going into his fifth year coaching at Milwaukie High. He is the program’s catching
and pitching coach and assists with both hitters and infielders.

Entrikin was a redshirt at Western Oregon University where he was coached by Jeremiah Robbins. He
then transferred to Clark College in Vancouver, Washington and was a Penguin for two years under
Coach Don Freeman. In 2013, he transferred to Dakota State University and earned an all-conference
honorable mention his senior year in 2015. Entrikin graduated in 2015 with an Associates in Business
Administration and a Bachelors in General Studies with an emphasis on business, wellness and social
science.

Coach Entrikin is a Milwaukie High School graduate. He graduated in 2010 and played football, wrestling
and baseball. Entrikin earned a 2nd team all-league center in football. He placed 6th in districts as a
heavyweight his sophomore year, 3rd in districts at 171 and qualified for state his junior year, and 5th in
districts at 189 his senior year. Entrikin was voted 2 nd team all-league catcher both his junior and senior
year and was also voted most valuable player his senior year.

Coach Entrikin and his fiancé, Ashleigh have a three-year-old, Ryan. When they aren’t coaching or
corralling a three-year-old, they love to traveling and sight seeing.

Andrew Marquez- Head Coach JV

Coach Marquez is a former Mustang (Class of 2011) who competed in baseball and basketball earning letters in both sports, along with a three year letter for choir. After high school, Coach Marquez went to George Fox University as a member of the JV baseball program and then to Clackamas Community College the following year. Marquez finished his collegiate career in Wilmore Kentucky, playing for the Asbury University Eagles in the NAIA. Marquez graduated with a bachelor’s of arts in Communication (Leadership emphasis) and a minor in Sport Management. 

Currently, Coach Marquez works full-time as a Dairy Clerk for Fred Meyers as well as sports statistic jobs for a handful of colleges. He plans to pursue a Masters in Communication with the intent on teaching at the Community College level, as well as continuing to coach or stay involved with sports in some capacity.
